Although an advanced number of people are suffering from drug and alcohol addictions, there is a plethora of treatment available.
From NHS treatment to high quality and leading private residential rehab, many facilities are on hand to assist those battling an addiction.
Whether you seek a drug and alcohol rehab in Beeston or would be happy to consider a residential treatment further from home, at Asana Lodge, we can support you.
What Treatment Is Available for Those Suffering from Addictions?
From private residential rehabs to outpatient support, with over half a million Brits suffering from addictions, a surge in treatment available has been noticed.
As you realise that it is time to seek help for your addiction, the information available to you can be somewhat overwhelming. You are likely to be unsure of what treatment is available to you, and which is in your best interest.
Upon realising that it is time to seek help for their addiction, many individuals will turn to their family doctor to discuss their addiction.
While the NHS can provide you with the help you need, due to high demand, you may find yourself having to wait for treatment.
Unfortunately, when it comes to addictions, time is of the essence.
Unlike NHS treatment, private rehabilitation treatment does not see those in need having to wait for extended periods for treatment.
In many cases, treatment is available shortly after an initial enquiry has been made. When considering private treatment, you will have the choice of obtaining in-patient and outpatient support.
Private outpatient treatment enables those seeking support for their addiction to return home in the evenings. Many outpatients will continue to go about their typical daily routines as they receive treatment for the addiction.
Unlike outpatient treatment, in-patient treatment requires individuals to temporarily leave their home behind. At our private residential rehab here in Towcester, we provide in-patient rehabilitation treatment.
We believe that this is in the best interest of those that require support for the addiction as it enables us to provide around the clock care.
How Can Attending A Residential Rehab Help Me Overcome My Addiction?
As touched on above, attending a private residential rehab provides around the clock care to those that wish to overcome their addiction.
Residential rehab also provides a safe space for patients to truly focus on their recovery.
Although you may be apprehensive about becoming an in-patient, doing so will give you a greater chance of making a long-term recovery.
What Treatment Is Available to Me at Asana Lodge?
Should you decide to attend our residential rehab, your treatment will likely consist of detoxification, rehabilitation and aftercare support.
However, please be aware that the treatment that you are offered will entirely depend on your personal circumstances.
We understand that no addiction is the same, which is why the treatment programmes administered here in our facility are bespoke to the needs of the individual.
To determine the treatment you require, we will conduct a clinical assessment.
This assessment will enable us to uncover the substance that you have become addicted to and gain an understanding of how your addiction has impaired your physical and psychological health.
Upon completing your clinical assessment, a personalised treatment programme will be devised. As mentioned above, this will typically consist of detoxification, rehabilitation and aftercare support.
Detoxification will see you withdraw from the substance you have become addicted to. Detoxification must be completed first to ensure that your body and mind are ready to commence rehabilitation.
As you progress through to the rehabilitation stage of your treatment, you will undergo one-to-one counselling, psychotherapy and body and brain restoration.
To ensure that your body and brain are in good form throughout rehabilitation, we will also provide you with a nutrition management programme.
When we are confident that you are ready to leave our residential rehab, we will provide you with 12 months of free aftercare support.
Aftercare support includes attending aftercare groups at our rehab every Saturday afternoon. If you do not live near Towcester, we can arrange for you to attend aftercare support groups at a different rehab in the UK.
Please note that the treatment available to you at a drug and alcohol rehab in Beeston may differ to the treatment we provide.
Can A Drug or Alcohol Addiction Truly Be Overcome Once and For All?
In short, yes. Our team has helped over 1,000 individuals overcome their addiction once and for all.
Overcoming an addiction is not easy, nor does it happen overnight. Addiction recovery requires dedication and commitment.
Just as an addiction can be compared to an emotional roller coaster, addiction recovery can too.
There will be times that you feel pushed to your limits, that you want to give up and that you think you cannot cope.
However, as you progress through your recovery treatment, you will finally start to see the light at the end of the tunnel.
Because addictions require commitment, before seeking treatment, you must be ready and willing to leave drugs and alcohol firmly in your past.
You must crave a future without substances, and you must want to improve your life for the better.
If you are ready to commit to a substance-free life, we are confident that you will overcome your addiction once and for all.
