Deciding to attend a drug and alcohol rehab in Hove is somewhat momentous.

Drug and Alcohol Rehab Hove

We know that you may have several questions circulating in your mind when considering attending a drug or alcohol rehab in Hove or further afield.

As a result, we have provided the answers to a number of our frequently asked questions below to help you understand what you can expect from attending our drug and alcohol rehab.

If you cannot find the answer to your question below, we welcome you to contact us directly.

What Is A Residential Rehab?

A residential drug and alcohol rehab is a rehabilitation facility that provides treatment on an inpatient basis.  This means that should you attend our drug and alcohol rehab, you will be required to move into our centre for a short time as you undergo treatment.

Although you may well have hoped to attend a drug and alcohol rehab in Hove that allows you to return home to your family after a day of treatment, attending a residential rehab is highly advised.

Why Is Attending A Private Residential Rehab Better For Me?

While you may not realise it, attending a private residential rehab offers much more favourable results than outpatient and NHS rehabs.  Although the treatment that outpatient and NHS rehabs provide is suitable and has helped many individuals overcome an addiction, attending a private residential rehab offers you the opportunity to focus on your addiction recovery truly.

Sadly, when attending an outpatient or NHS rehab, you will find that you are surrounded by distractions that could hinder your recovery.  You may also find that attending a rehab close to home prevents you from escaping the factors and triggers that have seen you develop an addiction to substances.

Attending a private residential rehab is also in your best interest, as you will be offered immediate support, guidance and treatment.  Regrettably, if you decide to attend an NHS drug and alcohol rehab in Hove, you may well find that you are placed on a waiting list.

As time is of the essence when it comes to securing treatment for an addiction, your addiction may well escalate during the time you spend waiting for treatment.  However, should you decide to attend our residential rehab, you will be offered a place at our centre within days of contacting us to discuss our treatment offerings.

What Treatment Is Provided At A Residential Rehab?

Here at our residential rehab in Towcester, we provide many industry-leading treatments to our clients.  Combining physical and psychological treatments, we help those struggling with addictions heal their body and mind from the ramifications that often arise at the height of an addiction.

Below, we have provided an insight into the treatments we provide at Asana Lodge.

In addition to the above, we also provide dual diagnosis treatment for those who simultaneously suffer from substance addiction and mental health disorders such as anxiety or depression.

Please note that upon entering our rehab, you will be required to complete an admissions assessment.  Conducted by our medical team, this assessment will essentially determine the treatment you need by evaluating your physical and psychological state.

Considering this, you may not necessarily encounter all of the treatments that we supply.  However, please rest assured knowing that the treatment we offer will enable you to make a long-term recovery.

If you are hoping to attend a drug and alcohol rehab in Hove, the treatments provided will likely differ.

What Facilities Are Available At Residential Rehab?

At Asana Lodge, we have gone above and beyond to ensure that our rehab centre provides a home away from home for all of our clients.  While rehabs are often perceived to be somewhat gruesome by the media, our centre defies all stigmas and taboos.

Offering a comfortable and relaxing space for our clients to relax and unwind after a day of treatment, our rehab features 25 private bedrooms, all of which are en-suite.  We have also created spacious dining areas, lounges and kitchen spaces for our clients to socialise in and enjoy, should they wish to.  We have even installed a library for our clients to take advantage of.

In addition to the above, we have a number of bright therapy rooms that are suitable for individual and group therapy.

If you would like to find out more about our centre, you can take a virtual tour here.

Will I Be Able To See My Family During My Time In Rehab?

During your time in rehab, you will have several opportunities to see your family.

At Asana Lodge, we welcome you to invite your family to our centre to see you every weekend.  Although you may have hoped to return home to see your family, you will be unable to leave our centre due to the intensity of treatment.

Although this may be disheartening, it truly is in your best interest.  Should you return home as you undergo treatment, you may be at risk of relapsing.

How Do I Refer Myself For Treatment?

At Asana Lodge, we have created a simple admissions process to ensure that you can refer yourself for treatment with minimal fuss.

Taking the first step in overcoming an addiction is often the hardest, which is why all that we require you to do is contact us.  When the time is right for you to do so, our admissions team will answer any questions you have and talk you through your treatment options.

You will also be required to answer a couple of questions. Although you may feel nervous, you must be entirely honest with our admissions team.  The answers you provide will contribute to the treatment that you are offered.

If you are happy to secure treatment at our centre rather than a drug and alcohol rehab in Hove, our team will provide you with a suitable admission date.
